My HealtheVet Now Offers Meds by Mail Online Refills and Tracking

Beneficiaries of Civilian Health and Medical Program of the Department of Veterans Affairs (CHAMPVA) who are eligible to use Meds by Mail (MbM), can now use My HealtheVet's Pharmacy feature to refill, review, and track VA prescription refills online.

MbM is an excellent benefit for CHAMPVA beneficiaries because there is no annual deductible, no cost share, and prescriptions are delivered directly to their home.

CHAMPVA beneficiaries can visit the home page www.myhealth.va.gov to register for a My HealtheVet account. They may identify themselves as a CHAMPVA Beneficiary, VA Patient or Veteran in any combination (i.e., all three, one of these, or any combination thereof). Once verified by My HealtheVet, they will be given an Advanced account and can manage their VA prescription refills online.
