Facebook Live Event with Army Wife Network Was a Success

The Office of Connected Care recently teamed up with Army Wife Network for a Facebook Live event about how VA is using My HealtheVet, VA Mobile apps, VA Telehealth Services, and the VA Liaisons and Post-9/11 Military2VA Case Management Program to help service members and their loved ones transition from military to civilian life. 

VA experts Dr. Neil Evans, Connected Care Chief Officer, and Adrienne Weede, National Program Manager for the Post-9/11 Military2VA Case Management Program, spoke with Dr. Sharita Knobloch, Owner and Commander of Army Wife Network, about how VA's resources can help service members and their loved ones prepare for the transition.
