Dr. Jennifer MacDonald, VHA Office of Connected Care's Director of Clinical Innovations and Education, was featured on VA's Borne the Battle podcast.

Dr. MacDonald talked about her time in the military, becoming a doctor and how VA is implementing technology to care for Veterans when and where they need it most. She explained how the Office of Connected Care is leading the charge for greater adoption of many VA-developed mobile health applications for Veterans and clinicians, and how VA is bringing telehealth into the Veteran's home and local clinic.

As a practicing Family Medicine physician and U.S. Army Veteran, Dr. MacDonald described how she works to ensure VA health care remains dedicated to Veterans, their families and providers through the strategic delivery of technology-enabled, high quality, equitable care.
