A new chatbot is available to guide Veterans through the process of setting up and testing your device in preparation for VA Video Connect appointments.
The chatbot’s first message exchange confirms that you have an email account that is accessible from the device you plan to use for your VA Video Connect appointment. The second message exchange determines the device type and whether you needs to download the app (Apple iOS app only). Once your device type is determined and you've confirmed that the download was successful (if applicable), the chatbot offers a link to do a test call.
