VA researchers recently published findings on the VA Health Information Technology (HIT) Systems Matrix. The tool describes existing and emerging VA HIT systems and includes a sample of Veteran feedback regarding their preferences. Future efforts for integrating more VA systems with outside resources will leverage the tool as work continues to improve patient access to health care services.
