Get VA prescription shipment notifications

VA patients with an Advanced or Premium My HealtheVet account can track delivery of VA prescription (Rx) refills. These include only those Rx refills that are mailed from a VA Mail Order Pharmacy. If you sign-up to receive VA Prescription Shipment Notifications on My HealtheVet, you will receive an email when your Rx refills are shipped. To sign-up for VA Prescription Shipment Notifications, login to My HealtheVet and go to the Personal Information tab. Then select the Profiles page. There you can check your email address and select the option to begin receiving VA Prescription Shipment Notifications.
