Incorporating the following virtual care resources into your emergency planning can help ensure that your health needs are met: using video telehealth and My HealtheVet patient portal features; staying in touch with an assigned Remote Patient Monitoring – Home Telehealth (RPM-HT) care coordinator; and keeping the Veterans Crisis Line (dial 988 then press 1, or text 838255) and other federal agency resource numbers on hand.
