VA's Blind Rehabilitation Services (BRS) continues to provide Veterans with access to care in alternative formats, including VA Video Connect and third-party options, such as FaceTime, Skype and Facebook Messenger video chat. The goal is to ensure Veterans and VA staff are safe and have limited risk of COVID-19 exposure. BRS staff offer services through the BRS Wellness Check Initiative. These checks help Veterans reconnect and reinforce healthy habits, recreation, and stress management.
