Connected Care Teams Up with IAVA to Host Facebook Live Event

The VHA Office of Connected Care, in partnership with the Iraq and Afghanistan Veterans of America (IAVA), hosted its first-ever Facebook Live townhall yesterday, February 1.

Dr. Neil Evans, Connected Care Chief Officer, sat down with Melissa Bryant, IAVA Chief Policy Officer, to talk about VA's connected health care options, including mobile apps for better health, video appointments, My HealtheVet and more. During the conversation, he answered many viewers' questions live on air, and a panel of subject matter experts from the Office of Connected Care answered the remaining questions in the comment section of the post.
