If you are a Veteran with a My HealthVet Premium account, you can now join your VA Video Connect appointments by selecting the new “Join Session” button that’s accessible in My HealtheVet.
You can access this new feature in a few quick steps:
- Sign into your My HealtheVet Premium account and select “View My VA Appointments” from the My HealtheVet dashboard.
- Next, select “VA Video Connect appointment” (if presented) on the VA Appointments Summary page.
- Finally, select the “Join Session” button, which will turn green 30 minutes prior to their appointment time, to join the video appointment.
