Leonie Heyworth, M.D., Connected Care's Director of Synchronous Telehealth, recently participated in a media tour with more than 20 radio stations across the country to spread the word about VA's efforts to bridge the Digital Divide for rural Veterans.

Accessing VA Telehealth can be difficult for Veterans who don't have access to internet service or internet-connected devices. VA is working to bridge this digital divide to ensure that all Veterans can access VA care where they are.
